How we have always worked
Dvor started from a simple idea: a buyer should know everything the agent knows. So before we list a home we visit it, measure it and check it in the land registry, and what we find goes into the listing, good and bad.
Most of our homes are in Varaždin and Međimurje, where we live and work. Over time owners of houses on the coast got in touch too, so today we also have a few stone houses and flats in Istria and Dalmatia. We visit those just as we visit the ones next door.
We do not take on many homes at once. With fewer of them we can call every buyer back, answer every question and go to every viewing in person.
